Championship clash is bizarrely suspended after a person is seen FLYING over Coventry vs Luton before hosts pull off stunning comeback win

After someone was spotted flying over the ground, the Coventry vs. Luton Championship game was momentarily stopped.

The strange scenes took place in the Coventry Building Society Arena during the 81st minute of the match.

The person was seen on camera sitting with their red, black, and white glide fully extended.Furthermore, a fan was installed behind the seat to direct the paraglider.

Eventually, the paraglider was out of sight and play could resume. Coventry overcame a two-goal deficit to defeat Luton 3-2 in a remarkable comeback in the second half.

Elijah Adebayo’s second goal in back-to-back games and Carlton Morris’ penalty put the Hatters ahead 2-0 at halftime.Victor Torp’s incredible effort and Ellis Simms’ powerful header put City back on equal terms, and after Tom Holmes was sent off, Haji Wright bundled home the game-winning goal.

Although they moved out of the bottom three, it was only Mark Robins’ team’s second league victory in ten games.

Morris’ penalty came against the flow of play following Coventry’s impressive start.

Ben Sheaf’s flick gave Tatsuhiro Sakamoto a shot at goal after the hosts executed a deft corner routine, but Adebayo stopped it. Thomas Kaminski then pushed Josh Eccles’ follow-up away.

Additionally, Kaminsi had to stop Milan van Ewijk’s long-range attempt before Simms deflected Eccles’ free kick.

After van Ewijk’s cut-back, Sheaf then blasted into the side netting, but Sakamoto got himself into a tangle and hauled down Tahith Chong in the box.

Morris took the initiative and scored his fourth goal of the year from the penalty spot.

Chong nearly extended Luton’s lead by taking advantage of the space left by the injured Bobby Thomas before turning and shooting, but Oliver Dovin expertly deflected his effort around the post.

As Coventry sought a quick response, Simms, who had only scored once in the league this season, missed van Ewijk’s corner.

Before halftime, Tom Krauss brought on Adebayo, who scored his second goal of the season by deftly lifting his effort over Dovin to give Luton a bigger lead.

Wright headed a risky cross from the right wide before seeing an attempt diverted over the crossbar as Robins’ team came out firing after the half in an attempt to cut the deficit.

Kaminski was back in the action, saving Sheaf’s long-range attempt, but he was powerless to stop Simms from scoring Jack Rudoni’s in-swinging corner.

Wright cut inside and forced Kaminski to make another save for the visitors, while Eccles whistled a shot wide for the home team.

Torp’s incredible curling effort from outside the box that smashed in off the inside of the post gave Coventry the equalizer.

Despite Kaminski’s best efforts, Wright bundled in on the line after Holmes was sent off just before the clock struck ninety minutes, giving Coventry a well-earned victory.
