Lynden Gooch of Stoke City hopes to return to action by the end of the next month, according to a report from StokeOnTrentLive.
The American has not been with Stoke City since mid-September. Fortunately, it won’t be too long before he returns to the field.

Gooch, 28, has been a member of the Potters’ roster since September 2023 and is committed to the Championship team through the summer of 2023. He has played for the Staffordshire team in 37 games in all competitions, 30 of which have been this season, and he has contributed a goal or two.
According to StokeOnTrentLive’s most recent update on his health, the footballer is “working” toward making a comeback in late November. The team led by Narcis Pelach drew 0-0 away to Swansea City in their previous match prior to the international break. This weekend, they will play at home against Norwich City.
Update on injuries for Stoke City
Gooch is a valuable addition to Stoke City’s roster because he can play as a winger or wing-back.
It will help them when he returns because he is also seasoned and adds depth and competition to their ranks.

The California native has previously earned four caps for the United States national team.
Gooch relocated to England in 2012 and progressed through Sunderland’s levels.
In order to further his development, the Black Cats loaned him out to Gateshead and Doncaster Rovers when he was younger.
In August 2015, the North East team gave him his senior debut in a League Cup match against Exeter City. He went on to play in 246 games across all competitions, contributing 25 goals.
When he is able to play again, Stoke City will be anticipating it.
Pelach is delighted to see him because his absence has been a blow.
Since the former Norwich City and Huddersfield Town number two took charge after the team’s shocking decision to part ways with Steven Schumacher, the Potters have won four games.
