David Moyes needs to be given the chance to get a proper punishment when West Ham United plays Luton next month.
You can see West Ham play Luton at the London Stadium on May 11. David Sullivan has an easy choice to make about David Moyes.
Reports say that the Hammers manager is going to leave the club at the end of the season because he’s under a lot of pressure right now.
Things started to turn sour two months ago, when it was claimed that Sullivan was extremely unhappy with Moyes’s comments to the press, after our 2-0 loss to Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.
However, it has been suggested that no decision will be made on Moyes’s future until the 2023/24 season has ended.
David Sullivan is in charge of making sure David Moyes gets a good send-off at Luton, and he can’t mess up.
The Scot’s future will still be unknown by the time of our last home game of the season on May 11th against Luton if that is true.
That is quite simply wrong and Sullivan must ensure that it doesn’t happen…
David Sullivan is the key to giving Moyes a proper send-off at Luton.
The Hammers co-owner doesn’t really have a choice to make here as far as I’m concerned – he just has to do the right thing.
I believe that most West Ham fans now agree that Moyes’s time at the London Stadium is over. He has shown that he can’t take us to the next level.
That shouldn’t take away from how well he has run West Ham, though. The 60-year-old has taken us from relegation candidates when he arrived to three straight European campaigns.
In addition to that, he led us to our first major trophy since 1980 last season! So with that in mind, Sullivan has to give the Scot what he deserves…

If Moyes is to be moved on this summer, that needs to be stated now, or at least before our final home game of the season against Luton in three week’s time.
Even those who are staunch ‘Moyes out’ will surely accept that the Scot has transformed us into a totally different club over the past four years.
Personally, I want a change of manager, but at the same time I’m extremely thankful for what Moyes has done for West Ham.
David Sullivan needs to ensure that David Moyes has the chance to be sent off into the sunset in the right way by the Hammers fans at the London Stadium.
If his future isn’t resolved until after the season ends and then he is moved on, it will be a great shame that he never had a proper send-off in our home ground. Surely Sullivan knows this.
Whatever the decision is on Moyes, it needs to be made known within the next three weeks.
