“Games Kyle Bartley Will Now Miss for West Brom Following Latest Injury Update

Carlos Corberan’s report on Kyle Bartley’s injury gave West Bromwich Albion more bad news after they had gone six games without winning the Championship.
News on injuries at West Brom

The Baggies had a strong start to the season but have struggled recently, losing twice and drawing three of their past five games, including their most recent depressing day 0-0 stalemate with Cardiff City, who are playing well. West Brom has to bounce back to winning ways at their next opportunity after falling to fifth place and falling eight points behind surprise leaders Sunderland.

West Brom should view the trip to play the struggling Hatters as the ideal opportunity to change the course of events and turn a five-game losing streak into a five-game winning streak with four draws and one triumph, especially because Luton Town is their next opponent. However, as Bartley missed the draw against Cardiff, they will have to do it without him once more if they are to do that.

In a significant setback for West Brom, Coberan stated that Bartley will now be out for four to six weeks. The Express & Star said that the Baggies manager gave reporters an update on the defender’s injury, saying: “The only one I can offer is that Bartley will be four to six weeks out of the team, that is all I can confirm so far.”
Bartey will miss West Brom games

Bartley might be out for as long as six weeks, but he might be back as the holiday schedule starts to fill up quickly. Bartley’s significance cannot be disputed at a time when the Baggies need to regain their peak performance under Corberan, as he appeared in 10 of West Brom’s 12 Championship games prior to missing time for both Cardiff and Blackburn Rovers.

The defender should return against Coventry City on December 11 to start a stretch of five games in 18 days for the Baggies if he is to miss the following six weeks of action. But for the time being, without the £15,000-per-week star, Corberan needs to find a way to get his team back on track, so it will be intriguing to see what the Baggies manager does.
